The sea shells look lovely in the blue and white plate and I am so happy it found a new home! I have a tea cup to go with it if you ever get up here again! Loving your sketches as always, so inspiring! Henry says Hi!

That plate is scrumptious, such an intense blue. The shells are perfect in it. Your sketches always make me smile and grin and sometimes I even jump up and down like a little kid given a hand-full of candy. I suppose I should amend that by inserting something a little more timely than candy that reads ‘like a little kid given the new I-phone 6’ or something like that…adore the new banner you adorned ‘dispatch’ with. Perfect!!!! Thanks for the ‘share-in’ too…You ROCK!!!!!!

I inherited a lot of blue and white china and didn’t really appreciate it until I started sketching and painting. It’s actually really beautiful; and the seashells complement it perfectly. New banner very swishy! Good to be back…

I love me some blue plate specials, too. Hope you got help for your constant leakage, Mary Ann.

I forgot to mention the change in your banner…this looks like vintage 1960’s from the looks of the houses. What part of L.A. is this?

Love the plate of shells and the plate you keep them in…I have a soft place for Blue & White china…so clean and fresh looking. I’ll be eager to hear where this next seaside retreat will be…and all the fun stuff you’ll cart home with you.

Love your sketches, especially of the journal. And the plate of seashells – very cool. Our next trip will be to a rustic little resort in SW Montana that we used to frequent, not far from Yellowstone, which we plan to visit, too: http://www.chicohotsprings.com/ Eager to see photos and sketches from your seaside foray. Oh, thanks for the Paris movie ideas – they look great. What a way to spend a weekend.
