Why can’t we do the varied colors here in the U.S? Why are people averse to it? I just painted a wall in my foyer royal blue and I love it. Actually my brother (who did the actual painting) suggested it.
love love love those colors!!! I am enjoying your wanderings from here as I bemoan that we are no longer on year-round schedule… I used to love to travel in March and November!! You have such a knack for meandering and capturing life as it is there, from a tiny flower to a huge splash of color! I am loving your adventures and wish I could go with you!!!
PS: I may (MUST) have to rent an apartment in Budapest next summer — that was SO inspirational! When you get back I will email you and ask about it 🙂
HAVE FUN!!!
Joan – Im eating out and in. Breakfast is provided here. Go to early dinner out. Had a lovely excellent meal my first night here in a beautiful courtyard. Then last night I went for some artisan pizza supposed to be the best in town. Wood-fired thin crust artichoke mushroom salami ham. V. Good. I walked to get that and carted it all the way home. Me and my pizza box. There is a big community of Italian, French, argentine expats here so different choices than most Mexican towns. Tomorrow I will bring my camera to the restaurant and take pics!!! Just today saw a couple of places selling hot chocolate. Will try! The coffee is EXCELLENT. I brew it here. Locally grown beans.

Piddling and dawdling are my favorite pastimes. Yes, I’m good at both. Have you checked out the hot chocolate yet? What are you eating? Are you eating out or in? Just curious.

I was in San Miguel eons ago… But the color of Mexican cities haven’t changed. They are breathtakingly gorgeous! The doors too! I remember falling in love with the doors. And the cobblestone streets and spectacular sunsets…. Ah heaven! Glad you are having a good time.
