Peculiar weather has come to call here in Los Angeles. A tent of grey clouds has been resting over the city for the last couple of weeks. Nighttime temps are in the 50’s and It barely hits 70 in the day. This has had no effect whatsoever on the psychic and physical energy of my young charges. Their volume has been on HIGH all year long. 1 or 2 of them like the hollow sound their desks make when they use them for drums.
When you pound on the desks it feels like you’re hitting my head with a hammer.
Yeah, but not for us.
I hate it when I’m trying to make a point and a kid has to go and press my snort button.
Pardon my blatant advertisement but, registration has quietly begun STENCILRY
Here’s a brief rundown:
4 weeks 32 videos 77 pages worth of pdf $40
Here’s the pdf for Lesson 1 set to debut on June 26th. A thimble sized peek. Here’s the photo album of student work in a rather pleasing mosaic format.
oh my, the photo album of everyone’s work is seriously amazing. i need to get out more….
Where do you have a suggested supply list? I am interested but would like an idea of how much it will cost me in supplies.
Ah. June Gloom hits LA, eh? Welcome to MY world!
Lisbon. Lucky MA. I can’t wait for your travel posts to come…it’ll be like going along with you and your sister. Me? Nantucket in July, Alaska in August. Not doing too badly myself.

I’ve been away for 12 days and missed the excitement about your trip with Sis. Sounds heavenly!
I also no longer see the “info forthcoming for Stencilry 2” message up there. Did I miss something else?

Hi, I live in L.A. and stumbled upon your site after stumbling onto the designamour site after stumbling onto an LA times home and garden piece on DIY stenciling projects. So excited, thanks for having me!
These new students are so darn lucky…
Registered! So incredibly jazzed! 🙂
Do you have a list of supplies needed for the class? Also, where to purchase the supplies? I am interested in the class, love the concept but need to have a little bit of understanding of the supplies. Thanks!
To anyone thinking about signing up for this class….DON’T hesitate!! Sign up immediately. It’s without a doubt the most fun I’ve ever had in a class!
