the moss sisters are heading north into the wilds of mendocino county. we’re off for a week’s stay on this beloved coast. it’s my last getaway of the summer and this time with BOTH dottie and carol.

i thought i’d done such a good job of remembering everything but now that i’ve actually taken stock, a good 400 miles north of moss cottage, i see that i in fact packed 2 phone chargers and zero laptop chargers. i’m zipping out this post with 34% left on my battery. woo hoo!
when we reach our final destination tomorrow i’ll look into getting yet another charger.
i’m looking so forward to spending a week with both of my sisters here in this place i love so dearly. the moss siblings are scattered across the u.s. from the east coast, mid west, south west, and west coast. i’ve traveled with each sister, but this will be our very first sister’s trip.
i’m already enjoying the mild temperatures and east bay breezes. tomorrow we’ll trek through the redwoods to the coast.

I always wanted sisters. Instead I am smack dab in the middle of 4 brothers. I mean I love them, but they are no good for art retreats. Ah well…
