3 generations of venetians have operated this store for over 60 years. first bruno, then his son renato, and now anselmo. i met anselmo on my 2012 trip to venice. this time, i had the pleasure of meeting his elderly father, renato who was minding the store when we visited yesterday morning. the selection and quality is superb, the prices are reasonable, and they keep regular hours. if you only have time for one paper store, legatoria polliero is the one to visit, no question.
i’m going to publish this now while i have internet and finish writing later… for now i leave you with more photos from venice including my bedroom and christmas tree. we’re living in a fairytale. life is good. merry christmas. with love from venice. xo
