Your pages are just so darn much fun! I’m enjoying seeing how you record your memories. The blues you picked for the sea and sky…I almost felt like I was in your head, really observing those blues. THANK YOU for sharing these delights with us.

I love this so much, please don’t be offended if I say to me it is like a picture book, I tend not to read what is written, but just enjoy the pictures and the way you have put it all together in a seemingly haphazard way that just works. Fabulous.
So fun to see all your pages. I especially like the maps you painted here and in your previous post. And the sketches of Konditori Ritorno – fabulous! You’re making me eager for our Washington state trip later this year and working in my travel journal. I will bring both gouache and watercolor for that journal because we are going by car – lots of room for stuff, and taking the dog (she loves car trips, even long ones).
Every page a delight-every page! I like “Gilda’s Rum”-the red just jumps off the page to the reader. And July 19th-the red ink-so beautiful. The maps are wonderful and the lettering for the buses. No two pages alike-just creative bliss everywhere! It’s a masterpiece!
Hi Mary Ann Moss! Thanks for sending out your lovely, beautifully rendered travel journal contents. I love how you draw an island with its houses and other features. It reminds me a little bit of folk art. Also, your perspective in you drawings is so good. Wish I could be that good!
