i’ve mentioned these notebooks a lot. so inexpensive and perfect for writing, drawing, watercolor (makes the paper wonderfully crinkly sounding), or collage. i decided i needed one just for cut & paste. flowers, letters, leaves, random shapes. who knows what?!
soon i’ll be cutting with a view of this:
if i can get my arse in gear and pack up the getaway car.
getting my backside in motion.
NOW.
see you soon!

I’m taking an important trip this coming spring and I am looking for a good journal to take. Not too heavy or too many pages, will support pasted-in ephemera and photos, and tolerate my watercolor markers and washi tape. Maybe these are the ones! thanks for the tip.

Oh your off again lol good for you…I was gifted with a Rhodia A4 sketch book the paper is cream like the Moleskine but thinner and I’ve been doing watercolours and collage in it and the pages are a bit crinkly but I love it , especially touching the cover it feels wonderful…

Wow, I love these collages! I can see why you are having a hard time tearing yourself away to pack, but I hope we see more of these as you cut and paste on vacation.
