my friend pam finally has an online class up and running via creativebug!
i’m very happy for her because i know all the work that went on behind the scenes in order to make this happen.
it’s a 4-part series.
if you’re interested in taking this particular class, a creative bug membership is only 5 buckeroos a month. you can sign up or find more info HERE
believe me when i say it’s wildly inspiring and will have you itching to grab your sketchbook, start slinging paint, and making marks.
you can see what people have been making in the class right HERE on instagram #CBsketchbooking.
a little backstory…i’ve been working with pam to develop a completely different online class using more of her concepts & ideas.
pam is one of those rare artist types who have constant idea overload. i can’t keep up with the speed at which she zips from one thing to the next. it truly is remarkable. when it comes to our online class collaboration, she made the big idea and i made the harness to fit around it. getting her to settle on one precise idea has taken awhile, but i finally managed to sit her still long enough to get that harness fitted properly. she’s a slippery one! you can stay tuned to her blog for more about THAT upcoming class and use THIS link to find out more about the current class at creativebug.
by the way all the photos in this post are either from creativebug or pam herself.
consider this a public service announcement from yours truly. provided free of charge for the interest of your creative pleasure. i’ve accepted no enticements or rewards of any kind to relay this message to you. other than the one in my head that told me i could open up my last marabou chocolate bar from sweden when i was done with this post.
you’re welcome.

I jumped on board immediately! It’s so much fun. My dining room AND kitchen tables are full of books and paints.
BIG FUN.
Thanks to you too (and a couple of your art swingin’ sisters out there) I need an art studio.
No really, thanks!

I jumped on board as soon as I saw it via Pam’s blog. It’s a super fun workshop. I fully think that shouting from the rooftops, throwing confetti up into the air and setting off several rounds of fireworks is not over the top in sharing in the excitement. I’m just happy to be part of the parade. Between you and Pam, I’ve got enough inspiration to keep my engines revved for a very long time.

I signed up for her class yesterday, and already I am hooked! I have long admired her art, I took your sketchbookery class too, Mary Anne and was so inspired! You and Pam are both such free and creative spirits, and I have much to learn at your knees (so to speak). I need to learn to be more free and less stilted in my art, and what better teachers for that than you and Pam? Are you back from your globe trotting yet? Can’t wait to see your travel journal!

I joined creativebug last night because of being enticed by Pams class!! It looks awesome! Of course I don’t know when I’ll get to it, but I love filling my head with everything I can possibly explore and learn, and she, like you, is so inspiring and talented, I will get to do it eventually! Love you gals!!
