even if you’re not going anywhere, it is awfully fun to have a look at all of the apartment possibilities. i love the hunt!

on the page below i’ve added a wash of buff titanium watercolor (daniel smith). as i put my watercolor palette together for my trip, i’ll definitely include that one! it’s nice to sketch over a wash and add some variation to the mostly white backgrounds.

If that is the Stockholm writer’s cottage, I think they will have built a Stockholm Painter’s Cottage in your honor by the time you’re done in Scandanavia! If they don’t, they should. I’m almost as excited about your vacation as you are I think 🙂

Happy puttering day Mary Ann. Somehow I think that should be a national holiday. Smiled huge at the pic of you and your sweet sis. I think I had the same outfit you are in. Everything I owned seemed to tie at the shoulders…:) That hideaway in the woods is amazing!!!!! Wowzer. I’d go there in a heartbeat. Love old postcards and old family pics. I had that same stroller for my kids when they were little ones.
