Amazing strawberries!! They look scrumptious! Beautiful colors?!
FABULOUS strawberries and peonies!…photos AND drawings, I mean…it’s so fun to see your flower photos…
Are you sure you aren’t right here in Paris? Just yesterday I saw peonies just like the ones you drew. I stopped and stared at them like a goofball, but who could help but do that? My mom raised pale pink peonies in Jackson, Mississippi where I was born. Some people pronounce them Peee-Ownies. Others call them Pee-oh knees. Which do you use? I use the first one. Happy sketching MAM.
you work continues grow more and more skillful. Bothe the strawberries and the peony are exquisite
I have two things to say here: glad you didn’t eat the peonies, love your strawberries, love Ingrids’ quilts (three things).
Sounds like a great weekend to me! Love, love, love your sketches…really gorgeous!
The west Swedish location looks terrific! Be sure you show us what journal you will make for that trip. I love peonies and mine are about to open so I can’t undermine them by going out to buy some so I am waiting! sheesh.
Hello from beautiful Paris! Ain’t technology grand? Here I am in Paris, France…reading your blog and looking at your sketches that jump right off of my iPad they look so nice. The strawberries look especially tasty.
We have a couple more days to see what’s happening in “Pair-eeee” and then we hop on that big ol’ Air France jet to fly home. Honestly, we do live in amazing times, don’t we? I am sitting in my living room one day and the very next day I am nearly 5,000 miles away. I bet you are contemplating all the amazing opportunities that await you in Sweden. My husband says he likes just wandering around, people watching and seeing things that we don’t have or that we do in a different way. Even bathrooms can be a whole new cultural experience, eh? I am looking forward to your “Dispatches from Sweden” and just know you will take all of us along in your carry-on, Riiigghhhttt???
That peony!! Gorgeous!
Your strawberries made my mouth water. No kidding….Well done!
Sweden sounds fun, looking forward to your travel stories. Maybe you will get to meet Mans Zelmerlow
Beautiful sketches!!!!
Sending you many more joyous moments!!!
