“OH MY GOD,” I said. “That is the greatest drawing in the history of drawings!” And after a brief scroll-back-up to check and make sure that doily wasn’t ice cream (it wasn’t), I had to scroll back down here to tell you so. Do you use a sumi brush for those bold strokes as well?

In the first photo the little peeking bit of orange is quite alluring. All full of promise and intrigue!

YUM!!! I adore your big bold lines Mary Ann! Also smiling at all the sweet figures peeking from their special perches. I know you are gonna have a rockin’ blast of a time in Palm Springs. You girls know how to do it right every time!!!! 😉

Being an avid birder, I love the birdy figurines. The bold black lines are very dramatic.
We’re enjoying very warm temps for the high desert….70F today, running around in shirt sleeves. This is the warmest Jan. I can remember since moving here…but we have Feb. to deal with soon. Things change dramatically around here.

Cute. My new-used brass duck with umbrella now sits beside old aquarium froggie, who sits beside pink flamingo salt shaker who sits in toad planter who sits among many cats some of whom sit on a twig bench. Just so you know.
