of all my sketchbooks this is the size that i love the most. it's in my goldilocks zone. 6.5 x 10 "
i don't know how it's possible that swishing some watercolor & ink around could make me deliriously happy.
but somehow it does.
now then, it's a 3 day weekend. the snow white pages of my sketchbook just sent me an invitation. not only that, but
i just brewed the perfect cup of coffee and it isn't going to drink itself.
someone's gotta go!

If you had happened across your blog with the exuberant bouquets of paint and ink in your most beginning days of posting, you’d have saved the links, admiring and delighting in the work displayed. Your earliest pages are engaging and inventive but I’ll bet you’d not have imagined that these current ones were germinating inside you.
Your work is so engaging because you do it with such love and zeal. These qualities are part of what draw your enthusiastic audience.
yum yum yummy!

Bring that clip holding the page down to Palm Springs so I can steal it. That’s an order!

It’s nice to see someone in her element, getting a kick out of life. I’m thinking maybe I’ll try water coloring ’cause I want what you have! I’ve got the perfect cup of brew so guess I’m halfway there!

As a fellow coffee hound, I totally understand! And may I say, those red berries against that dark teal paint make my heart sing!! Happy painting 🙂
