Looks so good. I live in an area with a large Mexican population, so these food gifts are available here, however, we don’t have the lovely atmosphere of SCDLC as a backdrop for this food drama.

Learned to love Empanadas when we lived in Puerto Rico. Learned to make them there too. Thankfully we have a large hispanic population in the area so I can buy ingredients in the market such as Sofrito.
