Well, humph! Maybe to that old fogey it’s passe’, but not to this old fogey…absolutely love the stuff, anything citrusy (new word?) is loved by by me. Lemon curd, Lemon Meringue pie, lemon bars, lemon cake, lemonade, you name it, I love it. So phooey on the old goat…I’m off to have some marmalade on english muffin and a cuppa…just bought a lovely blend from a new-to-me tea shop in the Fashion Show Mall on the Strip in Las Vegas, should any of you come for a visit…called TEAVANA…very Zen, heavenly tea.

My whole house smells of oranges since yesterday when I made Seville orange marmalade – very bitter, just the way we like it.
Is your lemon version very clear with only shreds of zest? Or do you go for the no-nonsense chunky variety?

A peach nectarine cocktail tree–like the sound of it. What are you creating in that top photo?
