i’m still having fun over here. sitting in the winter sunshine and drawing & painting little nature finds. luckily earlier this year i bought some teeny tiny brushes. this one is a princeton 3/0 round. i only started paying attention to brush sizes, types, and brands this year. these princeton brushes are inexpensive, but a step up from the somewhat crappy student grades i used to use.
i enjoy the slow quiet study of the small needles.
trying to mix just the right shade. zooming in close to see better.
and now that my art room got rearranged in late afternoon the wintersun pours through the window in the nicest way.
the missus sleeps with her eyes open.
mama moss is slowly adjusting to her new life in the care center. almost daily visits from sister are probably the reason why. i’ll be going back soon for another visit before school starts. enjoy your friday the 13th. i’ll just be here as usual sketching, reading, visiting port wenn. louisa just had a baby and aunt joan has opened a b&b. rooms are only 30 pounds/night!
