I was thinking Paris would be cold and grey the entire time. The trees still bare. But my sister sent me HERE and I got excited by those blossoms.
I expect it will be grey & damp, but since we don't get enough cool here in LA I won't mind a gentle nip of winter.
"du" below should be "des" thank you French speaking readers!
Oy muchachos I have a million things to do! Suitcases don't pack themselves. A playmate (not from the playboy mansion from orange county!) is coming to visit with her Rome travel journals and camera tomorrow. We're going on a stairway walk and for a drive through the gleaming metropolis. Full tilt boogie. Till the very last day of my 45 day vacation. Yes siree.

Mary Ann, I was in Paris a couple of years ago in March. It was in the 50’s
and we had a couple of rainy days. There was a lovely flowering tree
close to a walk we would take. Also, while eating breakfast in the hotel
we saw crocuses creeping up in the grass outside the window. Many were
blooming away! It was so beautiful…as was all of Paris!
Have safe travels and know that I (and all of us here) are awaiting your
dispatches!

I freak out just before a trip – a remnant of my past life living in godforsaken countries where if you didn’t bring it, you didn’t have it for a year or two. Now I mostly find I have to clean up my house before my mind is clean enough to actually Get Going. a bientot!
