Cloudy cool LA as seen through the trees just below the Griffith Park Observatory. In the space of 24 hours or so the temps went from nearly 100 to right around 60. That's okay, we didn't mind. The Observatory is one of those iconic LA spots that is gorgeous in any weather. And the views, the views.
Spotted this bumper sticker in the parking lot on our way down the hill. Perfect.
On Thursday night we went to dinner at Yamashiro in the Hollywood Hills. Another place with a view. Bright lights, big city. Killer salmon, lemon mashed potatoes, dulce de leche ice cream atop a warm peanut butter cookie for dessert, and house mai thais. Who doesn't want to go there?
